Today, we will address common questions about the differences between searching for residential properties and commercial properties within Deep Lawn.

While standard Deep Lawn provides an AI-generated measurement tool tailored for residential properties, its commercial counterpart, Deep Lawn Pro, is designed specifically for commercial measurements and can easily be enabled in your account at any time.

Residential

Deep Lawn enables lawn care and pest control companies to sell their services online in seconds through a customer-facing widget and an internal side - where you can easily send quotes to your clients on the phone or from your device on the field. Residential measurements typically takes between 30-60 seconds, making it a quick and easy process for customers and technicians.

Choose to measure the lawn, driveway, sidewalk, or building on a residential property through Deep Lawn when building your services in your Deep Lawn account.

How Searches Work

Deep Lawn's residential subscription models are measured by the amount of "searches" from both widget use and internal use.

The Search tab in your Deep Lawn account is where you perform internal searches - this feature is often used when a customer calls you on the phone or requests a quote in person. Every time an address is searched within the tab, including repeat addresses, it counts as one "search" towards your monthly total.

This is different from your Storefront Widget, where repeat addresses do not count as additional "searches" towards your monthly search total. For example, if a customer were to search for the same address for a couple of days straight, it would just count as one "search".
