Easy Account Setup with Ongoing Support

As soon as you sign into your Deep Lawn account, you’ll be greeted with a simple checklist that outlines the steps needed to complete your account setup. We’ve designed this process to be as straightforward as possible, but if you ever need assistance, help is just a click away. You can access support directly through your account’s Support tab, where you'll find our contact details, including email and phone support, as well as the option to submit a customer support ticket.

In addition, we’ve created a helpful resource hub featuring tutorials and a Deep Lawn wiki located on the same tab. These resources provide step-by-step guidance on setting up your account, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed.

 

A Personalized Onboarding Experience

For those who prefer a more hands-on approach, we offer personalized Onboarding Meetings. During these sessions, you’ll be guided by one or more of our customer support team members. Together, we’ll walk through your account to ensure everything is set up as you would like and answer any questions you might have. 

We’ll sign into your Deep Lawn account and share our screen with you, step-by-step, to optimize your account. And, if you prefer, you’re welcome to share your screen as well, giving you full control over the process. You can schedule an Onboarding Meeting at any time—whether you need help with account setup, integrations, or resolving any issues that may arise in the future.

After your Onboarding session, you’ll receive a follow-up email where you can always schedule another meeting as needed. We are always here to ensure your Deep Lawn account is functioning correctly, and we’re committed to providing ongoing support.
