When an address is searched internally in your Deep Lawn account, including repeat addresses, it counts as a search towards your monthly total. This is different from the Storefront widget, where repeat addresses do not count as additional searches towards your monthly search total.

Internal searches can be performed by anyone in your office including field technicians. This feature is often used when a customer calls on the phone or requests a quote in person.

Storefront widget searches are performed by customers searching on the Deep Lawn widget on your website. This feature serves as a 24/7 sales tool for companies.

In your account, you can see the number of searches remaining on your plan, the percent of searches used that month, and how the searches have been used. You are also able to turn on a notification email that will alert you when your company has used 90% of your searches for the month.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time in your Deep Lawn account.
