    What is Deep Lawn Pro?

    Deep Lawn Pro is our commercial measurement tool that allows Deep Lawn customers the ability to search for commercial measurements when needed. 

    How do I get access to Deep Lawn Pro?

    Every Deep Lawn account/plan grants you access to our commercial measurement tool, Deep Lawn Pro. 

    How does pricing work for Deep Lawn Pro?

    Please reach out to our Sales team to learn about Deep Lawn Pro pricing. Deep Lawn Pro's pricing is separate from Deep Lawn's monthly plan.

    How do credits work and how can I purchase more credits?

    Credits can be purchased at anytime in your Deep Lawn Pro account in the Settings tab. You can also search for a commercial measurement and it will display the amount of credits you need to purchase to process that measurement.

    How long do commercial measurement take to return?

    Depending on the size of the commercial measurement and the amount of features added will determine how long the measurement takes. Once you process a measurement, it will let you know the duration of when the commercial measurement will be ready. 

    How many features can I add?

    You can add as many features as you would like!

    Is Deep Lawn Pro customer-facing?

    Deep Lawn Pro is not customer facing and does not include an e-commerce experience like standard Deep Lawn. All commercial measurement must be done internally by your team. However, each AI-generated commercial measurement can be easily shared with customers as part of proposals and quotes.

    How is customer support with Deep Lawn Pro?

    You will have the same customer support representative as Deep Lawn. Your ability to get support or write a ticket remains the same through your Deep Lawn Pro dashboard and you can schedule onboarding meeting with us anytime as needed.

    Can I integrate my CRM with Deep Lawn Pro?
